A very delicious recipe with minimum ingredients!!!
- INGREDIENTS
- EGG - 2no
- BUTTER - 135gm
- SUGAR - 100gm
- REFINED FLOUR - 190gm
- COCOA POWDER - 10gm
- DARK CHOCOLATE - 50gm
- METHOD
- Mix egg & sugar well in one bowl.
- Melt butter & chocolate separately then combine them.
- Mix both the mixtures in large bowl.
- Mix & seive cocoa powder & refined flour together.
- Combine dry & liquid mixture well , add walnuts.
- Grease baking tray with butter & dust with refined flour soo that brownie doesn't stick to tray.
- Pour mixture in baking tray and bake at 150℃ for 40 min
- Cut in desire shape serve with powdered sugar OR drizzle melted chocolate on top.
