CHOCOLATE BROWNIES


CHOCOLATE BROWNIES ❤

A very delicious recipe with minimum ingredients!!!



  • INGREDIENTS

  • EGG - 2no
  • BUTTER - 135gm
  • SUGAR - 100gm
  • REFINED FLOUR - 190gm
  • COCOA POWDER - 10gm
  • DARK CHOCOLATE - 50gm

  • METHOD


  1. Mix egg & sugar well in one bowl.
  2. Melt butter & chocolate separately then combine them.
  3. Mix both the mixtures in large bowl.
  4. Mix & seive cocoa powder & refined flour together.
  5. Combine dry & liquid mixture well , add walnuts.
  6. Grease baking tray with butter & dust with refined flour soo that brownie doesn't stick to tray.
  7. Pour mixture in baking tray and bake at 150℃ for 40 min 
  8. Cut in desire shape serve with powdered sugar OR drizzle melted chocolate on top.
