 CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

 

Ingredients

● Refined flour - 170g

● Salt - 1/4Tsp

● Brown sugar - 85gm

● Egg - 1

● Butter - 85gm

● Granulated sugar - 85gm

● Vanilla - Few drops

● Chocolate (sweet) - 115gm


Method

1. Sift flour and salt.

2. Cream fat and sugar and beat in egg and a few drops of essence.

3. Add dry ingredients and chocolate cut into small pieces.

4. Put teaspoonfuls into a greased baking tin and bake at 175°C (about 350°F) for about 10 minutes.
