CHOCOLATE CAKE



◆ Ingredients

● Flour - 250gm

● Cocoa powder - 40gm

● Powdered sugar - 225g

● Eggs - 3

● Margarine - 100gm

● Soda bicarbonate - 1Tsp

● Milk - 150ml

● Vanilla essence - 1/2Tsp


◆ Method


1. Sieve flour, soda and cocoa powder twice.

2. Cream fat and sugar until light and fluffy.

3. Beat eggs until stiff and gradually beat them into creamed mixture. Add vanilla essence.

4. Fold in sieved flour lightly and add milk to get a dropping consistency.

5. Put batter into a lined 18 cm cake mould.

6. Bake at 325°F for 45 minutes.
