 ( This will gives you a 1kg Vanilla Sponge  Cake )


◆ Ingredients


● Refined Flour - 1 Cup

● Milk Powder - 1/2 Cup 

● Sugar - 1/2 Cup

● Baking powder - 1Tsp

● Baking soda - 1/2Tsp

● Vanilla flavor sugar - 1Tbsp


◆ Procedure 

1. Take a large bowl, add all ingredients except Vanilla flavored sugar.

2. Mix all ingredients well.

3. Take them in a blender jar, grind to a fine powder.

4. Mix them well, add vanilla sugar. Mix well.

5. Store it in dry & cool place. Use upto 2-3 months.


To make cake from this Premix


Oil - 1/4 Cup

Water - 3/4 Cup

Vinegar - 1Tbsp


Take premix in a bowl add all above ingredients. Mix well soo that there shouldn't have any lumps.

Bake at 180℃ for 40min.
