 Soft Rolls OR Bread Knots



◆ INGREDIENTS :-

● Flour - 210gm 

● Sugar - 1Tbsp

● Salt - a pinch 

● Butter - 15gm 

● Yeast - 7gm 


◆ PROCEDURE


1. Take a warm water in bowl, add sugar. Mix yeast in that , let it froth for 20 min.

2. Mix flour & salt.

3. Mix flour with yeast water, knead till become an soft dough.

4. Add butter & knead for another 5 min.

5. Let it rest for 20 min.

6. Again knead the dough for 2 - 3 min.

7. Devide into 6 equal balls. Roll then into long cylinder, tie them like a knot shape.

8. Let it rest for another 15 min.

9. Bake at 190℃ for 35 min.

10. Cool it for 5 min, brush with butter.
