INGREDIENTS

● Butter - 85gm

● Sugar - 35gm 

● Refined Flour - 85gm 

● Semolina - 2 Tbsp

● Baking Powder - 1tsp

● Cardamom Powder - 1/2 tsp

● Almonds - 7- 8


PROCEDURE :- 

1. Take butter in bowl, beat well  for 3-4 min.

2. Add powder sugar & mix well till sugar mix well with butter.

3. Add all the dry ingredients I.e. Flour, Baking powder & semolina. Mix till it turns into soft dough.

4. Take a small portion, make a shape of naankhatai with the help of palms.

5. Place on a baking dish, put a almonds on top press gently.

6. Bake in preheated oven for 35 min. at 150℃.

7. Remove from oven cool for 15min.

8. Store in a air tight containers.
