⇒ Ingredients
*For pastry
- Flour – 75gm
- Salt – pinch
- Butter 75gm
- Water – 3/4cup
- Sugar -1tsp
- Eggs – 2
* For
chocolate sauce
- Chocolate – 125gm
- Butter – 35gm
- Water – 90ml
* Method
· Sift flour and salt together.
· Put butter, water and sugar into
sauce pan and heat gently, till butter melts and raise the heat and rapidly
bring mixture to boil.
· Remove pan from fire add all the
flour at one, stir quick with a wooden spoon flour absorb all liquid return to
heat and stir until a smooth ball is formed and leaves a sides at the pan.
· Allow the mixture to cool a little.
· Beat eggs till fluffy, gradually mix
egg and heat till egg are well mixed, the choux pastry should be thick enough
to hold its shape but not stick.
· Spoon choux pastry into piping bag.
· Pipe small balls on baking tray.
· Bake in oven at 200degree Celsius for
25min.
· Remove from oven place each ball with
skewer to escape steam.
· To make sauce melt chocolate, butter
and water in sauce pan stirring till smooth.
· Pile profit rolls on serving dish and
pour the sauce over it.
