Baked Cheesecake



Ingredients :-


  • Cream - 132ml
  • Butter - 42gm
  • Cream Cheese - 125gm
  • Flour - 20gm
  • Corn Flour - 17gm
  • Egg Yolk - 3&half
  • Egg White - 3&half
  • Vanilla - 1 tsp
  • Cream of tarter - 2/3tsp
  • Sugar - 62gm
  • Fresh fruits OR Whipped cream ( optional ) - For Garnish
Method :-

  1. Boil cream & butter together on a medium heat. Add  in cream cheese stir until smooth.
  2. Add in flour, corn flour, and mix well.
  3. lastly add in egg yolk, vanilla and mix till thick and transfer to large bowl and leave to cool.
  4. In a bowl mix egg whites, cream of tarter and sugar until stiff peak.
  5. Use a spatula to fold egg whites in 2 batches to cheese mixture. Pour cream cheese mixture into pan , steam bake in preheated oven for 1 1/2 hr at 150 degree Celsius.
  6. Cool down cheesecake in room temperature. 
  7. Garnish with fresh fruits, whipped cream OR anything of your choice!!!
